If this is your first time accessing Capital Connection you will need to click above and then select “NO USER NAME” then follow the steps provided to you.

You will be asked to provide your own alpha-numeric UserName in place of your Member Number. This will provide an additional level of security for accessing your account; please follow the on-screen instructions for setting up your own Username.

Your password will be re-set; please use the last 4-digits of the primary account holders social security number as your initial log-in; you can enter your favorite password when prompted. You will also be prompted to update your personal security image and challenge questions; please follow on-screen prompts. Please note: your answers to your security challenge questions will now be case-sensitive: upper and lower case letters will matter in answering challenge questions.
