At Capital Area, we understand the importance of community. We are dedicated to supporting the communities we serve in a variety of ways. Here are just a few of the organizations we’ve supported through donations and volunteer efforts:

• We’ve sponsored Palermo Days, Windsor Days, The Whatever Festival and more!
• Our Monty Moose program helps provide financial education to area school children!
• Over the past year we have helped support the Harold Alfond Cancer Center, Augusta Little League, Ending Hunger in Maine, and various other local charities and organizations.

In addition, Capital Area has raised over $6,000 in each of the past three years for The Maine Special Olympics! These funds are raised through donations, sales and events throughout the year and it is only through the generous support of our members that we are able to raise such an impressive sum for such a worthy cause.
