To serve you better, the upgrade will feature an easy-to-use product with more time saving details, plus all the features you’ve come to expect in bill pay.

More about the bill pay upgrade:

  • All of your payees will carry over to the new system as well as any scheduled payments and up to 18 months of payment history.
  • Your current cleared check images will not be available within the new upgraded product. However they will be available through the call center and the credit union.
  • On September 22, 2009, new payment history and cleared check images will record as payments begin to process in the new system.

    NOTICE TO MEMBERS ALREADY ENROLLED IN THE BILLPAY SERVICE: Access to BillPay is now available via the Capital Connection on-line banking system and you will no longer need to remember the long User ID and a separate password.

    Click on the link below to be re-directed to the Capital Connection log-in screen; once you have entered Capital Connection, select the BillPay tab at the top, then “Existing users log-in here” and you will be directly connected to your BillPay service session. NOTE: you may need to adjust your POP-UP WINDOW security to “Allow this site” if you are unable to view the Bill Pay home page
